You Are
A highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record of developing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. You possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and integrations. Your experience enables you to work independently and provide high-level technical support to drive the success of projects within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and provide expert advice on ServiceNow implementations.
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including customization and configuration of HRSD, LSD, and PSDS modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and manage data migration and synchronization.
- Create and execute test plans, identify and resolve defects, and ensure application reliability.
- Provide training and develop documentation to support IT specialists.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the health and performance of ServiceNow instances

Here's what you need
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roles that require strong skills in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Legal Service Delivery.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations to other ServiceNow instances or other internal or external web services
- Ability to mentor and lead others in the application ServiceNow capabilities
Bonus points if
- ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred
- Experience with additional integrations or enterprise systems.
- Background in working with government agencies or similar organizations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and may require overtime occasionally. Evening and weekend hours as required by business need.
